Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made with Citrine Travel Tours. Please read them carefully.
Booking requests. A booking request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we have checked availability, you have accepted the final price and we have received your deposit.
Prices. Prices shown are per person, based on two adults sharing, and are subject to availability. The final price is confirmed before payment.
Payment. A deposit is due to confirm your booking, with the balance due before departure as stated on your confirmation.
Changes and cancellations. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Charges may apply depending on supplier terms and how close to departure the change is made.
Travel documents. You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements.
Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the date your booking is confirmed.
